Paratransit Shuttle Service
To make reservations for the RTC Paratransit Shuttle Service, please visit the RTC web site or call 702.228.4800 / TDD 702.676.1834 to speak with a representative who will be more than happy to help you make your reservation. The Terminal 1 shuttle stop is outside the doors on Level Zero and the Terminal 3 stop is located at Level Zero, directly outside exit 55— making it easy for you to find us when you arrive!
Taxi Service
There are accessible taxi services available at both terminals for travelers with disabilities. In Terminal 1, the designated area is signed and located on the east side of baggage claim, outside door exits 1 – 4. Similarly, in Terminal 3 there are 20 loading locations on the west end and 10 loading locations on the east side of baggage claim to accommodate international travelers. There is also a
Rent-A-Car Center that offers taxi services.
Rent-A-Car Center Buses
The Rental Car Shuttle provides regularly scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs to and from the Rent-A-Car Center for both terminals.
Terminal 1: follow signs to Ground Transportation on Level 1, then go outside to doors 10 and 11 where you will find the shuttle in the center median.
Terminal 3: Baggage Claim is on Level Zero, so follow those signs until you get outside. The Rental Car Shuttle is located West of doors 51-54, or East of doors 55-58.
Inter-Terminal Shuttle Service
The Inter-terminal shuttle service transports passengers between Terminal 1 and 3 every 12-15 minutes.To catch the shuttle from Terminal 1, head to Level Zero and exit the building. The bus stop will be across the pedestrian crosswalk in front of the parking garage. ForTerminal 3, go to Level Zero and look for the center of the curb.
